Instructions
Preparation
  1. (optional) Cover your choice of baking pan with aluminum foil
  2. Brush a light coating of olive oil over the surface of the pan… Since we all know how much we hate pastry stuck on baking pans!
  3. Preheat the toaster oven to 400°F
Building the Pie
  1. Tear off two pieces as an elongated rectangular piece. Curl up the shorter sides so that it roughly forms the shape of a boat.
  2. Take a slice of bacon and curl it into a bacon “crown” in the middle of the dough “boat”. Tip: Try to build a bacon fence around the edges of the dough “boat” that has not been curled up. This makes a huge difference in the next step with the egg.
  3. Crack an egg into the middle of the bacon “crown”. Try to do it so that the runny portion of the egg white leaks out as little as possible.
  4. Sprinkle a coating of Parmesan cheese over the egg and bacon as desired (and the dough if you want to).
  5. Sprinkle on basil as desired.
Baking
  1. Place the pan into the toaster oven and cook it for 10 minutes at 375°F.
Recipe Notes

I picked basil because it seems to be the most fitting.  Other herb and spices may work.  Please comment with your ideas.
